Custom Ring Order Process and walkthrough

We are happy that you've chosen to create your dream jewelry with us! Below is a step-by-step guide to what you can expect over the next few weeks:

Step 1

Design process

During this stage, we'll discuss your ideas and preferences, including gemstones and metal options.

Please feel free to share any inspiration or reference photos to help us shape your vision. Once we finalize the design, we will send you a custom link to place your order.

Production will begin as soon as the payment is confirmed. You have a 48-hour window to cancel your custom order at no cost.

Since each bespoke piece is handcrafted just for you, cancellations cannot be made once production has started.

Step 2

Production Process

Our jewelry is handcrafted using traditional techniques, so your piece may take up to 3-4 weeks to complete.

During busy seasons, such as the holidays, production might take longer, and we kindly ask for your patience.

*Note: If your design requires custom-sized or uniquely colored gemstones, it may take an additional 1-2 weeks to source the stones.*

Step 3

Completion and Approval

Once your ring is finished and the gemstones are set, we will send you photo updates to ensure you are completely satisfied with the final piece.

Please note that commissioned and custom orders, including engraved items and special ring sizes, are non-refundable.

However, if the item arrives damaged or if we made an error, we will gladly work with you to correct it. Resizing or further adjustments to perfect your custom order are available if needed. 

Step 4

Shipping & Delivery

We ship via FedEx Express, requiring an adult signature upon delivery. You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.

Please be aware that taxes or duties may apply depending on your country of residence, and these will be your responsibility upon delivery.
