Where do you ship?
What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship worldwide via Fedex delivery. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped along with your tracking number.
If you are based in Japan, we will ship via Yamato.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. In stock and ready-to-ship orders processed will take 5-7 business days. Made-to-order items can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Studio Cosette jewerly is handmade to order. Please allow at least 3-7 days for your order to be handmade. For a rush order, please feel free to contact us to discuss the details.
Will I be charged for duties and taxes?
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO at this time.
Can I change my shipping address?
Once your order has been dispatched from our studio, we can only submit reroute requests for orders that are being shipped through FedEx. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us here and we'll make every effort to accommodate your needs.
Please note that an additional $20 charge will be applied when re-routing the address.
Ordering and delivery
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://studiocosette.com/account/register and follow the instructions on-screen.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will be notified by email when your order leaves our studio. We will include a link of your shipment where you can track your order's status.
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at email@example.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
Once your items are shipped, Studio Cosette is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for more information.
The carrier attempted to deliver but I missed the delivery. What do I do now?
If you just missed your delivery, please know FedEx will attempt to deliver it up to 3 times in total. Check your tracking number to be updated on when their next attempt will be. Your tracking number can be found at your shipping notification email.
If you know you won't be home for the next attempt, here's a solution that may help you out!
Schedule to pick up at a FedEx Office location for free
- Visit your tracking link on FedEx.com
- Click the purple "Customize Delivery" button to select the "Hold at Location" option.
- Enter your order's original shipping address to select the location of your choice.
- As soon as it's delivered, your tracking link will indicate it’s available for pick up. Visit the location within 5 business days with your I.D. and tracking number.
Please note that all returned fine jewelery will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

How do I use my gift card?
To use your Studio Cosette gift card just enter your unique gift card code at the checkout.
Do gift cards expired?
Our gift cards never expire.
Can I split an order between a gift card and a credit card?
Yes. If the order total exceeds the value remaining on your gift card, you can pay the balance using our payment options.
Can I get a refund on gift cards?
Yes. We offer a refund on unused gift card. Partially used gift cards can't be refunded.
How can I check my balance?
You will receive an initial email with the gift card balance. After entering the gift card code at checkout, you’ll see the remaining balance if there is any.
What do I do if I lose my gift card code?
Contact us and we will resend the gift email notification.
Can I set specific time to send the gift card to the recipient?
We do not offer this option at the moment, but you can choose “Email to You” delivery option at checkout. After receiving our email, free free forward the email or print it at the desired time.
