I ordered a ring from Studio Cosette, which was gorgeous, but where they set themself apart was through their responsiveness and care. After ordering my ring, it hit shipping delays, resulting in a very close call with it arriving before our trip, when I planned to propose. Fai went above and beyond, going as far as to calling FedEx multiple times to make sure it arrived on time, and gave me updates the whole time. I'll be making more purchases in the future!
