If you're not satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept a return or refund. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the items.
Please keep in mind you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend insuring the package for protection against loss. We are not able to cover lost, stolen or missing packages.
Your item must meet the conditions listed below:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged unused in the same condition it arrived in.
For hygienic reasons, we will not accept refund/return on earrings.
All custom orders (such as engraving items, custom sizes) are final sale and non-returnable.
For all solid gold items that are returned, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
Any entry fees or customs taxation that could be associated with returning the item will be incurred by you and not Studio Cosette Jewelry.
We do not accept returns if the items arrive in any condition other than their original state or if they are past our 7-day return period. We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.
Before you send your jewelry to us, please make sure you contact us first for the shipping instructions.
Some of our items are final sale. We are unable to issue refunds on items such as earrings, engraved bands, sale items, special orders as well as gift cards.
You will be refunded once we receive and inspect the returned items. Returns are inspected and will be processed within 5-7 business Days.
Our jewelry can simply be returned for a refund via the original payment method or as store credit, excluding the delivery costs.
