If you're not satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept a return or refund. Please notify us within 15 days of receiving the items.
Please keep in mind you are responsible for the return shipping cost. If the return value is over $100, we recommend insuring the package for protection against loss. Your original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be removed from your refundable amount.
Your item must meet the conditions listed below:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged unused in the same condition it arrived in.
Items must be in the original branded packaging.
For hygienic reasons, we will not accept refund/return on earrings.
All custom orders are non-returnable.
We do not accept returns if the items arrive in any condition other than their original state or if they are past our 15-day return period. We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair. For all solid gold items that are returned, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
Before you send your jewelry to us, please make sure you contact us first for the shipping instructions.
Some of our items are final sale. We are unable to issue refunds on items such as earrings, engraved bands, sale items, special orders as well as gift cards.
You will be refunded once we receive and inspect the returned items. Returns are inspected and will be processed within 5-7 business Days.
Our jewelry can simply be returned for a refund via the original payment method or as store credit, excluding the delivery costs.
