Unfortunately, commissioned pieces and custom orders (including engraved pieces and special ring sizes) are non-refundable.
If the item is damaged or we made a mistake, we'll work with you to fix it. If you need resizing, or need further work to perfection your custom order, please email us at hello@studiocosette.com.
There's a 24 hour time window for you to cancel your custom order at no cost. A bespoke piece is handmade especially for you, so once production starts it can't be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.
